Order and shipping questions

Check your order confirmation email for tracking. If tracking has not updated in three business days, or your package arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Warranty claims

Email us with your order number, the product name, and a description and photos of the defect. We respond to claims within two business days. Please stop using the product if the frame, joint, or locking mechanism is involved.
