Warranty

Every [STORE NAME] mobility and bathroom safety product is covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

What is covered

For one year from the delivery date, we will repair or replace, at our option, any part that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use. Covered components include:

  • Frames, tubing, and welds
  • Folding joints, hinges, and locking mechanisms
  • Height adjustment collars and push buttons
  • Handgrips, armrests, and backrests that separate or crack under normal use
  • Seats and mounting hardware that fail under normal use

Coverage applies only when the product is used as intended, assembled according to the instructions, and used by a person within the published weight capacity.

What is not covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including worn rubber tips, scuffed grips, faded surfaces, and stretched straps
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, dropping, or accident
  • Use by a person above the published weight capacity
  • Improper assembly, modification, or repair by anyone other than us
  • Damage from improper cleaning, storage, or exposure to extreme heat or chemicals
  • Commercial or institutional use, unless the product listing states otherwise
  • Loss, theft, or damage after delivery that is not a manufacturing defect
  • Products purchased from an unauthorized seller

What we will do

If a covered defect occurs, we will provide a replacement part or a replacement product at no charge. If the exact model is unavailable, we may offer a comparable product or a refund of the purchase price. This is your exclusive remedy under this warranty.

For approved claims shipped within the contiguous United States, we cover ground shipping. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States may require an additional charge.

How to make a claim

  1. Email [support@yourdomain.com] with your order number, the product name, and a description of the problem.
  2. Include clear photos or a short video showing the defect, plus a photo of the product label or model number if available.
  3. We will review your claim and respond within two business days.

Please stop using the product as soon as you notice a defect, especially if the frame, joint, or locking mechanism is involved.

Your legal rights

This is a limited warranty. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the exclusions above may not apply to you.
